MIT students (who else?) have built a Jython application called SIKULI, which essentially lets you program macros for applications in the simplest way possible: visually.

Actually, there have been many cases where international actions which break the law in only one country involved involve chagres in that country. for instance, piracy. The Pirate Bay in Sweden has been sued in the US by the RIAA.

Votebots use multiple accounts to systematically rate/view/comment on a video. This can be combated by manually attempting to fix the stats, for instance by mass-rating.
