Well I don't think you need God to tell you that it is wrong to steal or sleep with someones wife. I don't think the idea of right and wrong is a strange thing. The major point of what God gave to us in the Bible is that Law = Death . No matter what law He gives us, we will break it. That is how we are. We will all sin, no matter what laws you make for us. We will hurt each other and destroy the world and there is no law you can make to stop that.

That highly depends on the people killing themselves. Obviously it does effect society in terms of their own family members and friends. Personally I don't think you should be prohibited from this.

There is no dignity in suicide. Even a planned suicide. Would you feel dignified in letting a loved one kill themself? That is insane. It is hard to let people take care of you when you are sick. But your loved ones can only really show you that they love you when it is hard. Society needs this.
The idea that a man can become a woman by having fake boobs implanted is the purest form of sexism I can imagine. A woman is more than boobs. You cant become a woman by having cosmetic surgery. This idea is insane.

It's more than just letting people take care of you. There's also the quality of one's life. If one of my loved ones was suffering and did want to continue living because they could no longer enjoy life I wouldn't stand in their way. Why would I want to force them having to endure living when they could no enjoy life.

Not all abortions are done using the method you describe. I think it is more dehumanizing to not allow a woman to have a choice, after all it's her body and life, not yours, or some religious organizations. As for the image of god, which one? I also seem to recall that the Christian god required a rapist to marry the victim, thus giving the victim the opportunity to be victimized for the rest of their live.
