Explaining Macroevolution to a creationist

arg-fallbackName="JohnHeintz"/>
What's the issue with it being publicly visible?

Either way, you aren't obliged to respond to anyone at all, but if you agreed to discuss with aron, you could just respond to him and ignore everyone else's posts (unless it's a point of moderation obviously)
For the obvious reason. Because then people like Nesslig20 , Sparhoc, and others think they are being ignored.
Then when Larry cries "your answers are not answers , You're refusing to answer". The others respond "that's what he's doing, refusing to answer.". And why do they think that ? Because they have experienced being ignored for days.
Look. It's no longer important. On this thread anyway. I came here to try this "12 exchanges thing". Aron /Larry turned out to be a tosser. So it's over.
If someone else wants to start another conversation. Sweet. It's almost time for me to go to work here in Sydney. So if a new one is started it will be responded to tomorrow.

Yo
See?

Completely ignored.

But yeah, you're sincerely interested and here to discuss in good faith!
Actually. I was coming back to this one. You're not the only person I'm replying too.
You think "if you can walk inches, you can walk miles given enough time" is the correct analogy. You accept this one because you possibly believe there are no limits. You accept universal common ancestry. And you would be correct... If universal common ancestry is correct.
I believe "the long jumper analogy " is correct and better describes reality. I think there are limits. I don't think universal common ancestry is correct.
Anyway. If you're that interested in discussing the limits of Evolution. Start a new thread. I'm off to work

You quite literally ignored the entire post in which I showed you that the long-jumper analogy means you are imposing a false concept onto evolution then declaring evolution false as a consequence of the falsehood you imposed.

Further, you have ONCE AGAIN simply waved at 'limits' - so come on John - no one cares that you can formulate a sentence declaring X - what is your evidence of limits on what evolution and natural selection can achieve? A citation to anyone credible? A paper on genetics? Empirical data? Or just your paucity of imagination? When do you plan on bringing something substantive to the table?

I'll ask you in this thread, not least because you don't tell me what to do, but also because you seem intent on slipping away from every single challenge to your position.

The contents of this thread suggests that this is exactly not what you came here for.

Aron /Larry turned out to be a tosser. So it's over.

Unfortunately, no one nominated you judge, jury and executioner.

It's 'over' because you failed to meet any of your discursive burdens, but as nothing evident suggests you intended to in the first place, it never even began.

I did, here, and after your initial response, you haven't answered my questions there either, John.

Kindest regards,

James

Why call him by his old name he legally changed his name.
My name was never Larry nor any variant of that. The convicted fraud and charlatan Kent Hovind refused to call me by my real name, and decided to call me Larry instead, just to show his disrespect. This new troll is doing the same, just being a dishonest dick on purpose, since that's all his belief system allows him to be.

As a Creationist, I am a bit disappointed that John does not want to respond. My answer would have been that I reject evidence of common ancestry. That's why I am a creationist.
Evidence is a body of facts that are positively indicative of, and/or exclusively concordant with one available position or hypothesis over any other. The truth is what the facts are, what we can show to be true, NOT whatever else we might rather assume or assert beyond or instead of that. If you don't care what the facts are, you don't care what the truth is.

Which further supports the earlier contention that all his objections are inherited (setting aside, of course, that we know the taxonomy of all the stupid creationist guff).

Which shows that, despite his claims to the contrary, his rejection of evolution is religiously-based - even worse, quite possibly Hovid-based.

Kindest regards,

James

Greetings,

Hate to pick on you, but you sure done did a misspelling here.

The correct spelling is - "INMATE #06452-017"

Please do not fuck this up again.

Or else.

;)
Actually, shouldn't that be "EX-INMATE #06452-017"?

Kindest regards,

James

Yes you said this in a few video’s and Dr. Dino (insert music you picked) is the one that brings this up everytime. But like you say he will never learn.

But like you say he will never learn.

Like someone else here: Hovind's opposed to learning on principle.

Hello, my name is Kent Hovind. I am a creation/science evangelist. I live in Pensacola, Florida. I have been a high school science teacher since 1976. I've been very active in the creation/evolution controversy for quite some time.

The start of his actual 'doctoral thesis'...

My guess is...

Hello, my name is Kent Hovind. I am a creation/science evangelist. I live in Pensacola, Florida. I have been a high school science teacher since 1976. I've been very active in the creation/evolution controversy for quite some time. My dissertation tutor told me I have to write ten thousand words, and shucks if that isn't a lot of words, so before I get to my central argument, I'd first like to tell you every single detail of my life from birth to right now as I sit here writing this ten thousand - that's ten and three zeroes - word essay... shucks!
